Wow they have so many great benefits- but how would we eat them?
Zahra, I like to sprinkle them on top of my berries or mix them into my smoothies. You can also incorporate them into your recipes.
Hi Zhanna, I always learn some new from you, I love it…these sound like wonderseeds, any idea where one can get it from, I’m thinking its not available in SA so widely.

Kind of embarrassed to admit this, but this is the first time I’ve ever heard of Chia Seeds!
I love Chia Seeds! True, the texture is a little weird, but I swear they give me more energy. I often have two tablespoons in the morning before my latte.

I’ve been seeing recipes using Chia seeds a lot lately and just noticed them at my local health food market in the bulk bins. I’ve been intrigued. Thanks for posting this article. I may have to pick some up and try using it instead of eggs in baking.
